"Top" 3 Web Design Companies!

Sometimes when a web design company has too many projects to handle, they will outsource the job to a sub contractor for lesser amount of what the client is paying.

I was looking through the Google and some singapore business directories, looking for a company to sub contract out but unfortunately I found some companies that deserved some "praises"!

Web Design Singapore presents the "Top" 3 Web Design Companies in Singapore:

1. Comwerks : www.comwerks.com
2. Page Zero: www.pagezero.com.sg
3. Ahal: www.ahal.net

Position 1 and 2 have their under construction pages for months and I've seriously have yet to see their web page designs. A good web design company in singapore should have a presentable corporate website, a range of portfolios to view. 
Yes, you may argue that the company has many projects to handle, 
but how true it is? Who can validate that statement?

Position 3 has the worst website structure of all. They are still using framesets and some of their images are not linked properly. To think that they are web hosting company in Singapore?!

I'll be checking them out maybe next month if they have any new developments.
